Our Building Process

Choose your perfect house design, and we need your payment deposit for preparation of contract and drawings plan.

Contract signing and we will lodge building permit for all necessary approvals.

Provide bank finance approvals and we will then prepare the site construction.

You will be invited on site to see how its progressing and run down of  schedules with our Site Supervisor. 

5

We will meet you on site for Practical Completion stage.

6

Congratulations on your new home and we will pass you the keys.
