Foundations
Our sturdy concrete waffle slab is designed with care, built to ‘M’ class standards, accommodating a maximum 300mm fall without any existing fill. If the founding conditions happen to be different, we’ll adjust the site costs accordingly. Plus, we take care of termite treatment with both a Part A slab penetration and a Part B perimeter physical barrier for your peace of mind!
